As a personal trainer, I am all about building a strong foundation, both in exercise and in life. Creating a solid exercise foundation allows you to progress from the simple things to the FUN or “fancier” stuff. This simply means more complex multijointed exercises that require strength, stability, and coordination. Don’t get me wrong, when I am working with a new client who may be brand new to working out we work on all of these things but INDIVIDUALLY rather than within a single exercise or workout.
